Denny Pregent

Founder & President

Denny founded Mantle Senior Living on a simple conviction: that excellent care and strong financial performance aren’t competing priorities—they’re inseparable. Over an 18-year career spanning independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health, he’s proven that investing in people—both residents and staff—delivers measurable results.

Before launching Mantle, Denny led regional operations across the state of Virginia, consistently achieving occupancy above 97%, resident satisfaction scores exceeding 90%, and meaningful reductions in staff turnover. He’s guided communities through regulatory turnarounds, operational stabilizations, and significant growth in key areas.

Denny serves as Vice Chair of the Virginia Assisted Living Association and Chair of its Public Policy Committee. He sits on the Virginia Board of Long-Term Care Administrators and holds licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator, and Administrator Preceptor.

When he’s not working, Denny can be found on the ice playing hockey, buried in a book, or spending time with by his wife and five children.

Lisa Weirick

Head of Finance & Accounting

Lisa brings a rare perspective to senior living finance: she’s worked inside communities. Before moving into accounting, she served as both a Business Office Manager and an Assisted Living Administrator, giving her firsthand understanding of how financial decisions affect daily operations and resident care.

Lisa went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in accounting and spent 10 years as an auditor with extensive HUD experience. She helps implement the rigorous financial discipline that stakeholders depend on. Lisa ensures Mantle communities operate with transparency, accuracy, and accountability.

Outside of work, Lisa travels with her family and is a devoted Chiefs fan.

Tammy Brisbone

Head of Quality Assurance

Tammy has spent over 20 years serving residents and families in senior living, and it shows in how she approaches quality. Her clinical background—including time as an ICU nurse, Director of Nursing, and Assisted Living Administrator—helps her evaluate care from the resident and family perspective.

Tammy oversees Mantle’s commitment to consistent, compassionate care. She is a Registered Nurse and Assisted Living Administrator and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.

When she’s not working, Tammy is usually hiking or cheering on her beloved Eagles—a habit she picked up growing up in New Jersey.
